The "Most Wanted" man in Scotland is on the loose and Bobbins and Frank want to be the ones to bring him in, however Beasley assigns them the job of babysitting her daughter Emily instead. When Bobbins learns that her idol, Gordon Campbell, the chief of police of all of Scotland, is visiting, she see a chance for glory and they continue to pursue the perp with Emily in tow. What was supposed to be a day at the zoo turns into a chase across town, a battle with rival police officers and a visit to a strip club.
