Assigned to stakeout a bad guy's house, Bobbins and Frank are installed in an old lady's flat with binoculars and bugging equipment. Bobbins quickly becomes distracted trying to impress the old lady, trashing her flat in the process, while bungling the electronics leads her to go round to the bad guy's house masquerading as a fumigator.
